  • Everything we create is made to order, meant to be worn for a lifetime and cherished for generations. Production is typically 6-8 weeks, but just like a bar-mitzvah boy up on the bimah, we aim to under-promise and over-deliver. In a rush? Drop us a line and we’ve got you covered, motek! 

  • Upon completion standard shipping includes two-day insured FedEx delivery. Hold-for-pickup at a FedEx Office location of your choice is available upon request.

  • “On the side is very big for her” - Like Sally from When Harry Met Sally, we celebrate being particular, and are happy to customize your order in any way you’d like. Our goal is for others to say “I’ll have what she’s having.” Want to add some diamonds? Sababa. Want to make this pendant a ring? Y’alla! We come from a history of concierge/custom jewelry and want to offer Emet customers the same opportunity to make their selections just right. 

  • Since we are making each piece specifically for you, mami, we cannot accept returns. However, if you want to jump on a call to be absolutely sure you’re getting exactly what you want, let’s kibbitz! Reach out via our contact page and we’ll get it on the books.

  • All Emet orders are shipped in beautiful gift-ready packaging, but they are not gift wrapped. If you’d like additional gift wrapping, a sweet (or snarky) custom card or even an extra challah recipe drop us a note at checkout!
